Introducing Sook

Introducing Sook

I have a 6 year old white cat, her name is Sook. I rescued her from a man desexing cats in his back yard. She does stand by her name Sook and is very talented. She can open doors by the handle and has a real thing for using her paws to open cupboards. She is also my alarm clock, she softly touches my face with her little pink paw every morning at 6am to get out of bed. When i first got her she was 5 months old but within an hour of having her it felt like i had her from birth. She loves the shower and can also use go to the toilet like a human. I have stopped this though, she now uses her little box as i wasnt to keen of sharing the toilet with her for hygiene reasons. Definitely the best cat i have ever had. She talks alot and has different meow sounds depending on what she wants. She doesnt like being alone and is friendly to everyone. She is now an inside cat after another cat in the street stcratched her causing infection and she contracted FIV. She is still very healthy and well looked after, vets advise she will have a long life because of how healthy i keep her.

Sook

Hi Lana,

I love this picture of Sook. She seems so joyful! It's so interesting that she likes the shower. Some cats certainly do. My cat loves drinking from the the faucet and he also loves getting into the tub - without water, of course!

Thank you for sharing.

Hi Lana,

I love her sweet smile in this picture. I think your Sook is very lady-like.She certainly knows how to behave like one. I had to laugh when I read she potties on the toilet.LOL! I beleive you when you say your sook loves the shower. I have Jenibelle who also is white and deaf and loves the shower. She is on this website. Your Sook has special qualities about her. She is social and friendly.I wish my Jenibelle would jibber and jabber her little mouth like your Sook. She hardly makes any sound.Sook seems to be happy at home. This smart girl is precious. She has a touch of glamour about her. She is a lovely cat and I am glad she is indoors where she will be safe. Great picture thanks for sharing!
